JBP Summerfest Expectiations:

• I am responsible for providing my own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, signage and display

• I am responsible for providing my own electricity/power source, if needed, unless otherwise approved by JBP Summerfest.

• Any generators, extension cords, power strips, or electrical equipment must be safe, outdoor-rated, and GFCI-protected where required.

• My tent/canopy must be properly secured with appropriate weights.

• My stakes may not be permitted on paved surfaces.

  
  

• I am responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, or insurance required for the products or services I provide.

• Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable City of Chicago and health department requirements, including food handling, sanitation, fire safety, and temperature-control requirements.

• I'll arrive during my assigned vendor setup/check-in time and will not begin breaking down before the designated breakdown time without approval.

• I am responsible for securing my own merchandise, equipment, cash, and personal belongings. JBP Summerfest/Jai Brenai Productions is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended property.

• I understand that vendor spaces may not be transferred, shared, or subleased without prior approval.

• I agree to conduct myself and my staff in a professional and respectful manner toward event staff, attendees, other vendors, and event partners.

  
  

• I understand that failure to follow event rules, safety requirements, or instructions from event management may result in removal from the event without a refund.

• I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable, except if otherwise stated by JBP Summerfest.

• I understand that outdoor events may be affected by weather or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control, and I accept the risks associated with participating in an outdoor event.
